As the President states, this is step one, not overall aggressive and on Tuesday this week the Senate moves into action.  People will be afforded healthcare by the offering but will it be more affordable.  I seem to have strong doubts here and someone with a pre-existing condition could also be presented with premium dollar amounts they can’t afford, so there’s still plenty of loopholes to catch up with.

“Department of Algorithms – Do We Need One of These to Regulate Upcoming Laws?

We thrive in a legal world of “loopholes” today and healthcare if no different.  The next major move at some point in time will be digital laws and allowing the SEC to run them to audit health insurance companies.  I have said for the last 2 years that we need a Department of Algorithms as we work so hard to verify that the medical record end of the business is honest and certified, and yet do no nothing for the insurance carriers to certify and have their payment algorithms on file, so we know what they are doing in this area specifically by mathematics and running those algorithms as found in their models for profit and business.  By doing so, items like this man who was cut off from this health insurance with the running of the “HIV Algorithm” would be caught earlier and maybe before it happens.

Intellectual Property Technology Has Arrived – Digital Algorithmic Formats Needed Now to Enforce and Protect

Again I have been writing about this topic for over 2 years now and it’s all in the algorithms that give us our decision making data and information today, and if you don’t subscribe to this philosophy, then God help you as none of how the World and US functions is going to make much sense and will create a lot of additional frustration and anger.

Are We Ever Going to Get Some Algorithm Centric Laws Passed for Healthcare!

This is the first step in the right direction here and there’s a lot more work ahead and if we had “participants” in Congress as relates to healthcare rather than those who just “think” they know what is good for us, we would be seeing things a little differently instead of having to make sense out of “Magpie Healthcare”.  Technology is throwing us a new left curve every day and to have adequate and sufficient laws to protect citizens, that cannot be overlooked as digital law formats would allow for actual documentation and now pages of text to constitute the composition of laws.  We need better formats than “text boxes” for all of this.  BD

“Good evening, everybody. Tonight, after nearly 100 years of talk and frustration, after decades of trying, and a year of sustained effort and debate, the United States Congress finally declared that America’s workers and America's families and America's small businesses deserve the security of knowing that here, in this country, neither illness nor accident should endanger the dreams they’ve worked a lifetime to achieve.”
